DEK - Etched Silberiris - 1902-1905

Decorations produced with an inner casing of colored opal glass and a strongly iridescent coating of Silberiris.  These executions are also noted as being "mit damasc Decor". Each decor exhibits a unique design which is assigned a number (five of which are currently identified: 292, 293, 294, 295 & 296) that is usually found etched into the pontil.  The damasc, etched Silberiris decors were most likely produced only for a short period from 1902 to 1905.
